Applicants must submit to the PTO the acomplished Application Forms, one (1) 1X1 ID picture and proof of academic achievements, i. e., diploma, transcript of records, training certificates if applicable, Provincial Tourism Officer Myla Mae Abellana said.
The application Forms are available at PTO and the Dumaguete City Tourism Office.

Records from the PTO show there are currently around seven DOT-accredited tour guides operating in the province.
